Navajo silversmith Paul Begay was born and raised in Rehoboth, New Mexico, a small Dutch community near Gallup. He started making jewelry at age 32, over 20 years ago, learning skills from the local Zuni artists, and later worked with fellow artist Harry Morgan for a period of time, but has since developed his own style and won many awards for his traditionally made jewelry using only natural turquoise and coral stones.cha belts, which are well made of heavy gauge sterling silver and exquisitely stamped designs.

This beautiful Navajo concho belt is made of beautifully hand stamped sterling silver. The belt contains 10 sterling conchos, each measuring 1 3/4 inches by 1 1/2 inches, and 11 sterling silver butterflies, each measuring 1 5/8 inches by 3/4 inch.

The buckle measures 2 1/8 inches by 1 3/4 inches. The black leather belt measures 46 inches in length and is 3/4 inch wide. It can be cut to fit.
