This beautiful sterling silver bola tie was made by Hopi silversmith Steven Sockyma. Steven is the brother of Hopi silversmiths Michael and Mitchell Sockyma and is well known for his sterling silver overlay jewelry. He has been making jewelry since 1969 and has won many awards for his jewelry, including a first place at the Santa Fe Indian Market in 1975.

This beautiful bear claw design bola tie measures 1 3/8 nches by inch at the widest points. The bola hangs from a black braided leather tie measuring 40 inches in length. The sterling silver tips measure 2 1/4 inches in length each.
